I’m Inga Fay, and I know what it feels like to look successful on paper while still craving something more aligned.
I built my career as a mechanical engineer in a demanding six-figure role at a chemical plant. I know the pressure of navigating politics, defending your qualifications, and carrying the weight of high expectations.
I also know what it means to build something of your own.
My first side hustle, Master Classes by Ingafay, grew out of my love for fitness and generated up to $2,000 in a weekend. Later, I built a direct sales business that generated more than $200,000 in lifetime income while I worked part-time in the business and full-time in corporate.
But my biggest lesson was not just about money.
It was realizing that I did not have to become louder to become more profitable.
I learned how to build through quiet confidence, genuine relationships, and simple systems that worked with my personality instead of against it.
That is why I created The Introvert Advantage Collective, a community for bold and brave women founders and service-based providers who want to use their quiet confidence to create loud results
